At Flozen® , we are proud to offer Free Shipping Worldwide on all orders.

1. Delivery Timescales

Delivery times depend on the destination country. Estimated delivery times are as follows (from the date of dispatch):

- Domestic Delivery (within the same country as our warehouse): approx. 2–5 business days

- International Delivery: approx. 5–14 business days

- Express International Delivery (where available): approx. 3–7 business days

A signature may be required upon receipt. Tracking may be provided depending on the shipping service used.

Important: Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Customs clearance procedures (where applicable) may cause delays that are outside our control.

2. Delivery Costs


- Flozen® provides Free Standard Shipping Worldwide.
- If Express Shipping is available for your location, the cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
- All delivery charges (if any) are confirmed during checkout and will not change after your order is placed.

3. Delivery Restrictions


We currently ship to most major countries worldwide. However, delivery is subject to compliance with international shipping regulations.

- Certain products may not be eligible for delivery to specific destinations due to customs or import restrictions.
- If an item cannot be delivered to your chosen country, you will be notified before checkout is completed.

4. Delivery Address Requirements


- Orders must be shipped to a valid residential or business address.
- At this time, Flozen® does not deliver to PO boxes, parcel lockers, or pack stations unless otherwise stated at checkout.

5. Couriers

Flozen® works with trusted international couriers and local postal services to ensure safe and reliable delivery of your order. The courier used will depend on the shipping location and service available.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to select a specific courier.

6. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs inspections. Where duties or taxes are applicable, these are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Reminder: Delivery is always Free Worldwide with Flozen® Standard Shipping. Express options may be available at an additional cost.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after you have
received your item, to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as
as when you received it. It must be unused, have tags on, and be in the
original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions.
about how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us,
without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
You must inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately,
if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, then
we can evaluate the problem and get it fixed.

Exceptions/Non-returnable items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable products.
(like food, flowers or plants), customized products (like special orders
or personal goods) and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable
liquids or gases. Contact us if you have any questions about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to
return the item you have received. Once the return is accepted, you can
make a separate purchase of the new item.

EU 14-day cooling-off period Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or
return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without
explanation if the item is being shipped to the EU. As above, your item must be in the same
condition as when you received it. It must be unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and we will let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved,
you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10
business days. Remember that it may also take some time for your bank or your
credit card company has processed and posted.
